FREE seminar this coming Thursday features three prominent speakers on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle by eating a vegan diet.
Speakers are: Jon Camp, Director of Outreach, Vegan Outreach who will speak about the compassionate reasons for becoming vegetarian.
Susan Levin, Dietician with Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine will speak on the link between nutrition and health and disease prevention.
Theodore Watkins, M.D., The Eden Institute, will speak on the medical and health issues associated with eating meat.
